We’re glad you’re here! We are a church centered on Christ, grounded in Scripture, and committed to making Him known. At East Avenue Baptist Church, our desire is to know Christ, grow together in His Word, and make Him known in Ozark and beyond. Whether you’re new to the area and searching for a church home or exploring church for the first time, we invite you to join us on a Sunday morning gathering at 10:30. Our weekly gatherings are the backbone of our life together as a church family.

Who We Are
East Avenue Baptist Church is a church family built around a shared commitment to Jesus Christ and the authority of God's Word. We believe the church is called to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and serve the people around us. Our prayer is that Christ would be known, trusted, and treasured throughout Ozark. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve this community, and we look forward to seeing how God continues to work among us.
What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is God's Word and that Jesus Christ is at the center of God's plan of redemption. We seek to be a church shaped by Scripture, centered on Christ, and committed to faithfully teaching God's Word. We believe that the gospel is the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ, and that every believer is called to follow Him and help others do the same.
What to Expect
Visiting a new church can feel unfamiliar. We want to make your first visit as easy and comfortable as possible.
Sunday Worship: Join us every Sunday morning at 10:30 AM as we gather to worship the Lord and hear the preaching of His Word.
Where to Find Us: We meet at 187 Southeast Avenue in Ozark, Alabama. There are several parking options nearby.
Come as You Are: Whether you have attended church your whole life or this is your first time, we would be glad to have you worship with us.
